A team building together: 60 adults who became children again by releasing themselves on drums and other percussion. Dharma has guided us in a musical path full of rhythm, coordination, but above all listening: stopping to be focused just on yourself and listening to others are the keys to teaming up, to go with the same tempo and to move from chaos to a concert. Between wild percussion, group rhythm and a singing competition, we challenged ourselves like never before. We experienced a great music team building with OneBeat. 75 people played together and learnt about the keys to make nice music as an orchestra, even if a lot of us didn't know how to play any of the instruments in our hands. We had our MBE Global Conference Connect 2022 in Madrid. We chose as team-building activity (for an international sub-group of participants) a Drum Circle, managed by OneBeat. Participants were coming from all over the world and music is the common language that really connects people. Dharma has been simply fantastic: highly energetic, a perfect time manager, and a wise gradual increase of engagement of the participants, till the choral conclusion.
